THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT FOR CLAUDIA! DUE TO MUCH ORGANIZATIONAL & COMMUNITY SUPPORT SHE WAS RELEASED WITH NO BOND!

SADLY, 2 OF THE COMMUNITY MEMBERS KIDNAPPED IN THE SAME RAID AS ARE STILL IN DETENTION AND BOTH HAVE BOND HEARING JULY 25TH!

WE WILL HAVE THIS PRESS CONFERENCE TO DENOUNCE SAY WE WILL KEEP RESISTING THESE RAIDS! We will UPLIFT SIDNY'S & FELIX'S STORIES.

Felizardo was kidnapped by border patrol as we was getting coffee to head out to work that morning! He was sent all the way to Florence Detention Center in Arizona. He is a loving brother, uncle and godfather.

Sidny was taken at her home after Border Patrol used lies and threaten her other family members until she was forced to come out of her house. She is currently detained in Mesa Verde in Bakersfield. Sidny is the mother of 2 small children, one with ADHD and a survivor of domestic violence in her home country.



MORE ABOUT THE RAID:

On the morning of Thursday, May 18, Border Patrol went into Boyle Heights community against, knocking on doors to try to locate our member, 22-year-old youth Claudia Rueda, ultimately cornering, arresting and detaining her along with any other community members that crossed their path! This was a very traumatic experience for community members in Boyle Heights. 7 community members were kidnapped in total and 4 of them were deported the same day. Claudia, Felizardo and Sindy continue to fight their cases in order to stay with their families, loved ones and community here in the United States.
