Join us for a People's History Night with acclaimed historian and political activist Howard Zinn. Zinn, author of the bestselling "A People's History of the United States," has inspired generations of students, teachers, and activists from the civil rights movements of the 1960s to the anti-Iraq-war movement of the current year.

The event is hosted by the Southern California Library and cosponsored by KPFK and the Los Angeles Leadership Academy, a social justice charter school. All proceeds benefit the Library.
