Join #SFVUNITED at the 24th annual Cesar Chavez March to be held in the San Fernando Valley. This rally and demonstration has its roots over 24 years ago when #LaRazaUnida and MEChA's de SFHS and CSUN organized a grassroots demonstration in support of Chavez, the FarmWorkers struggle and against a "Tianguis" supermarket being built. Tianguis used to be owned by VONS stores which continued selling Grapes throughout the historic boycott.

Today those historic organizations have united with

#Chola Pinup

#ValleyInAction

#SomosFamiliaValle

#MAIImusicandartscenter

#SFVGreens

to build a broad anti fascist and anti Trompas coalition in the Valle.

Because of our current reality this years March is very important and we must show up in large numbers to show that the legacy of the FarmWorkers and Chavez are alive and that we will organize however possible to defend our communities and build something better.
