March Against Hateful Borders

Saturday, March 18 at 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM PDT

Grand Park

200 N Grand Ave, Los Angeles, California 90012

"An injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." For this reason, we are letting our voice be heard in celebration of inclusivity and diversity through a march in Downtown Los Angeles. The march will go from Grand Park by City Hall and will proceed down Hill Street, make a right on 6th Street, and will end at the immigration court on Olive and 6th Street. We anticipate the following program:

10:30 - 11:00 am: Gather, play music, and get to know one another

11:00 - 11:30 am: Voter registration drive (assisting people to register via smart phones and written voter registration applications)

11:30 am - 12:30 pm: March approximately one mile to destination

12:30 pm - 1:30 pm: Performances, speeches and press conference

Of course plenty of time is given for more flexibility, no stress, only celebration of the diversity that makes us great.

Marcha Contra Fronteras de Odio

"La injusticia en cualquier lugar es una amenaza a la justicia en todas partes" Por esta razon, dejaremos que nuestra voz sea escuchada en celebración de la inclusividad y la diversidad a través de una marcha en el centro de Los Ángeles.

La marcha procedera de Grand Park cerca de City Hall en el Centro de Los Angeles, hacia la calle Hill St, hara una derecha y continuara hasta terminar en la corte de immigracion en las calles Olive St y 6th St.

Anticipamos el programa siguente:

10:30 - 11:00 am: Reunion, musica, y conocernos unos a otros

11:00 - 11:30 am: Campana de registracion de votantes (asistiendo a registrar a personas utilizando via telefonos y registro de votante escrito)

11:30 am - 12:30 pm: Marcha de approximadamente una milla a destino

12:30 pm - 1:30 pm: Actuaciones/Presentaciones, discursos, y conferencia de prensa.

El tiempo de duracion tendra flexibilidad, sin estres, para celebracion de la diversidad que nos hace gran. El pueblo unido, jamas sera vencido!
