Naui, an Orange County political activist and organizer, was arrested at a demonstration in Costa Mesa. The protesters were being assaulted with projectiles, and taunted with racist speech. When one taunter was attacked by an anonymous individual, Naui was arbitrarily fingered, and arrested. He needs legal help. Read the article for info.

Over 800 people packed the Faith United Methodist church in south west LA at Saturday's event for Jackson-Chavis. Speakers ranged from Maxine Waters and Pacifica board member Dick Gregory, to lawyer James Simmons, and activist Michael Zinzun. The community has rallied around the Inglewood beating, and around police abuse in general.
