Arts in Action Hundreds of people came out to party at Arts In Action last Saturday, Feb. 9th, in the space that was used for the Convergence Center for D2KLA. The crowd was dense, and you'd never know that the space is huge and airy. Art For A Change took photos, and wrote comments.

Craig Rosebraugh, former media contact for the Earth Liberation Front, is today being forced to speak at a congressional subcommittee on so-called 'eco-terrorism'. The speakers list includes two "victims" of the ELF (both companies) and law enforcement, but no representatives from other direct action and environmental groups.
Update: He took the fifth, and they made a big deal about it. To bad he didn't work for Enron...more
Other Kinds of Terrorism: The war on terrorism continues. A local graduate student was harassed for talking about terrorism on a plane. Utah passed a law creating a new class of terrorism directed against businesses.
Our Terrorism: There's a demonstration against the US's terrorist freedom fighter training camp, the School of the Americas, April 19-22.
