Dana Hills, CA – The California Quake women's tackle football team is on a roll this 2008 season. After winning 5-0 against the SoCal Breakers they are seeking for another victory against the New Mexico Menace.
This new rivalry of two southern California based teams provided all of the fans in attendance with a defensive spectacle they won’t soon forget. The Breakers got the ball first and the Quake defense set the tone when #24 Michelle Friesen intercepted #7 Lori Schnaider. After a quick first down run by #5 Monique Zaky, the offense was forced to punt three plays later. The first of 6 punts on the evening for the Quake.
