In L60 at the Lamoreaux Justice Center nobody is safe from the criminal cabal that threatens the innocent of Orange County
In L60 in Orange Family Law Court, something sinister is happening. Protective parents in that courtroom sit in fear their children will be sent to rapists or killers tied to District Attorney Tony Rackauckas. They sit silent and it is up to the news to report the truth.
L60 is an open door between a corrupt District Attorney Tony Rackaucvkas and judges who are told to do his bidding. An email dictate from Rackaucakas to L60's Judge Glenn Salter mistakenly went to the wrong court clerk. It was supposed to go to Salter's clerk Karen. The clerk who received the email talked. It was a dictate from Tony Rackauckas ordering Salter to hide case records from a protective mom. The mother is trying to save her daughter from a man the Tustin police say raped and sodomized the child repeatedly. Rackauckas has actively helped the perpetrator avoid prosecution. Check with the Tustin police. There are reports on this.
Over a year ago in L60 James Waltz ordered full custody to the father and prevented the mother from seeing the child blaming her for the police reports and medical records that verified the father had sodomized the daughter. The sodomizing and raping of the girl got worse after that. Fox News did a series on how, after being sodomized repeatedly by the father, the girl was sent to Orangewood. but D.A. Rackauckas and CPS kept taking the child out of the children's home and returning her to her father and she kept getting sodomized. This is all history. It has been reported.
For ten months, the father has had the child with a Madam and is trying to get her out of the country to send her to the Far East where the sexual laws are different. The father has not been allowed to reenter the country. Homeland Security will not let him in as he is suspected of terrorism. The mother is not allowed to see her daughter and the Madam is working on re-programming the girl. The girl wants her mother but is not allowed to see her. Court observers, witnesses and press from multiple news agencies are familiar with this. Many news representatives and witnesses were in or outside the court on May 7th.
On May 7 in L60, Waltz's successor Judge Glenn Salter acknowledged that if Rackauckas had not blocked the prosecution, the father would be serving a life sentence on any of the eight counts the Tustin Police wanted the father charged with. Salter went on on to express his willingness to send the girl out of the country to the father. Suddenly, he ordered everyone in the courtroom to remove and show their ID to the bailiff and then ordered everyone except the mother and the attorneys and the court staff to leave. Soon deputies came in. The mother was arrested on an eight year old traffic infraction and Salter set the bail at $16,0000. The mother was hauled through the back to jail and not allowed to be bailed out until the next day. Was this a warning to anyone trying to protect the girl? A check of traffic records shows that the ticket was not visible on the mother's record as of the week prior to May 7th and this was supposed to have been on the records for eight years.
Dozens of protective parents have come forward to say that they have been subjected to similar irregularities in L60. Several people said that Salter was reigned in by his predecessor Jim Waltz on July 2013 and order to march in step.

The girl's name is withheld as the mother does not want any publicity as that could bring retribution from the judge. Is there a public right to know?
