Like Pontius Pilate, PH President Aquino III washed his hand as the court let former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo filed her bail and was set free from her detention at the Veterans Memorial Hospital.
In this scenario, Alliance Philippines (AJLPP), West Coast Coordinator Arturo Garcia... vehemently condemned this latest charade and travesty of justice. Garcia said that:“ The Alliance, the Filipino American community and all freedom loving people of the United States, detest and must expose this newest political “moro-moro “ of the Aquino III.”
Garcia elucidated “ Aquino III actions seems to show that he is above the fray but in reality he tolerates and in cahoots with the schemes against the people.

ALLIANCE PHILIPPINES CONDEMNS GMA RELEASE ON BAIL
Los Angeles—“Above the Fray”

Garcia elucidated “ Aquino III actions seems to show that he is above the fray but in reality he tolerates and in cahoots with the schemes against the people.
An example is the Charter Change campaign being spearheaded by American puppets Senator Juan Ponce- Enrile and Speaker Feliciano Belmont to set the constitution in synch to foreign interests. They wanted to change the economic provisions of the 1987 constitution to suit the demands of foreign corporations in owning properties in the Philippines. He seems quiet about it but he lets the Congress to do their thing.
Another is the recent Senate latest approval of the VFA military treaty with Australia. The Philippine Senate voted to approve the VFA with Australia with a 17-1 vote with Senator joker Arroyo the lone vote for nationalist opposition. The VFA with the United States was approved in 1998.”
Political Accommodation
Garcia added:' The fact that this political accommodation was done proved that it is easy for the political elite of the Philippines to come into terms and play on the emotions of the people. The ruling class although fragmented and in contradictions shows it is united against the people.
It is just the same when the United States and Cory Aquino accommodated Marcos exile in Hawaii in 1986. When General Ramos allowed Marcos remains to be brought back to the Philippines and hen GMA pardoned the plundered Joseph Estrada in 2007 and now Aquino III let GMA free out on bail and be at the comfort of her palatial home.
Aquino III now blames the independence of the courts but the truth of the matter is that is very expedient for them to accommodate each other because they share the same ruling class interests.
Garcia exclaimed; “ This is what democracy and justice looks like in the Philippines. The big fish are free to swim in the ocean, while the small fries, rot in hell or hang out to dry.
