The funds do not exist in America to continue to pay for a racist, oppressive police force.

Reclaiming America: In Opposition to this State of Police

It seems the only logical thing to do in this fascist era of American politics is to face the beast head on, before it devours the world, our wealth, our peace, our prosperity. Perhaps in the time of fascist healthcare policy, the people should rise to face the monster not in court, but rather in Congress. If the American government has a timeline for the implementation of their fascist policies, then the only logical thing to do would be to head them off at the pass. By taking fascist policy to the government, they would be forced to outlaw those policies as decreed by the people, thus eliminating any future legal means of implementing these or similar policies themselves, the United States being bound somewhat by the judicial rulings of the Supreme Court.

One way to go about and end this quagmire of a debacle would be to eliminate the police force. As stated by the Policy Studies Institute of 2009, the purpose of the police force is to enforce the law and limit civil disorder. When police officers are upholding xenophobic constitutionalties, reflecting racist attitudes and committing crimes, the civil disorder that they are supposed to be preserving is actually disrupted, causing an acute imbalance in the legalities of the very justice system as it is to be applied on the streets as common law. The failing budgets of state and local officials, the extorted federal budget deficit of having moved a majority of the money from the public to private sector, is evidence enough that no money exists at the state level to uphold the very practices that the police claim to be preserving.

The removal of the police force itself can easily be countered by the reimplementation of the 2nd amendment, the right to bear arms. While a majority of the citizens, especially government, would protest such an action & argue against the validity of such a proposition, the reality of the situation would be that far fewer people would be getting shot on the street, as everyone would not be running around shooting each other if everyone had guns. With everyone having a gun, law itself would seem to move toward self regulation, moving the focus of American consciousness back into the American spirit of communal living conditions, being more ordained for peace and not promotion of the violence propagated by the American government. Any problems of violent nature can easily be handled by the National Guard.

The National Guard itself, whose creation was listed in the Constitution, Article 1, as being for the purpose of executing “the Laws of the Union,” any suppression of Insurrectionist activity and the repulsion of any invasion upon American soil. What is the purpose of the military then? Answer: outward aggression. Any incursions upon U.S. territory could easily be handled by the military, if they were not already so involved overseas in securing areas of profound natural resource. The military, having thus been displaced & funded as poorly as it has, is incapable of protecting American soil. The National Guard then would be the sole benefactor of protecting any area, city, or region that happens to become too violent in nature and can easily quell any rebellions or insurrectionist activities that the people disagree with. (Come on, everyone will have a gun remember & people do like people getting shot for no apparent reason.)

We don’t need the police. They disrupt the peace and consciousness of the individual; they abuse and rape the citizen, they violate the rights they are supposed to protect and defend; and then they walk away from court free of charge. Regardless of city, regardless of state, all across America the police force stands as an opposition to the benefit and freedom of the American people.
