CIA financed Finnish Socialist between 1945 – 1954 and maybe onwards. Russia Communist Party financed Finnish Communist Party as late as 1990's. Anyone interested in and capable to Finnish language may listen YLE PUHE archives the radio program transmitted on April 23rd 2012 between 13.00-14.00 p.m. CIA was not willing to finance Finnish Capitalists 'as they already we on our side' say the document.

Book source handling the same issue between years 1945-1954 is: Majander Mikko, Demokratiaa dollareilla - SDP ja puoluerahoitus pulataloudessa 1945-1954 [Democracy by Dollars. Socialist Democrat Party and Party Financing in a Crisis Economy1945 -1954]. Otava 2007. 348 s.
According to the radio program CIA never gave money to Finnish Capitalists 'as they already were supporting the ideology'. In stead CIA financed Finnish Socialist Party with varying methods including foundations.
It is interesting to notice people like President Mauno Koivisto (SDP), Martti Ahtisaari (SDP), and even President Tarja Halonen (SDP) belonging to the age group of all possibly having fund with CIA's Hospitality Financing. It would also explain why Finnish Socialists are so well come in United States in stead of Finnish Businessmen. If any connections, direct or indirect could be found e.g. in Ahtisaari's case, then one would need to take a closer look into his career and its high-lights for political reasoning having caused illogical and conflicting national decisions. 'One sings the songs who's salary he/she enjoys' and thus would raise certain doubts for all of those involved in Finnish Socialist Party and its financing scandal. Even more severe claim is Socialist Party connections into Nazi-Germany and National Socialism, still unexamined matter which should brought into daylight.

You may ask 'what this has got to do with me?'. Nothing much unless one happens to live in Finland. In case you do or don't, one should understand the meaning of a puppy state. In a puppy state everything works in practice and on international boards, but practice does not. All because of geopolitical opportunities. A practical example of Finnish State and its conflicting actions: Last week I called to Supreme Court Judge and send an e-mail to him and a leading lawyer at Trade Register. The e-mail was a complaint related to a corporate having informed to tax-man having paid dividend (to me). Even I have informed my property taking business account number to this corporate they have not paid the divident. I sent case evident directly to the judge. Scanned the documents. There is no point of making report of an offence to police as they do not investigate the case. There is no point of asking District Court to punish this corporate as they need police to run the criminal investigation on the case, and there is no point to ask prosecutor to do something about the case as he/she asks to apply to District Court. So I tried passing by to Supreme Court as Court of Appeals do not allow cases to proceed into Supreme Court – without any response. ”A Nations Habit” is a saying here to describe how things are taken case of. This is an economical bomb similar to Russia. Corruption work differently to those having measured it. People loose their property because of these acts. Usually similar acts lead into wars or are pre stages – signals in society – indicating possible conflicts in society.

Finnish geopolitical position creates opportunities for people in politics and working for government not to follow their own legal code as there is no punishment.
