Barnes and Noble Caught Violating ADA

Disabled people are being discriminated against at Aliso Viejo Barnes and Noble

Disabled customers are subjected to abuse and mistreatment with considereable frequency at that location by a manager known as Carlos.

The disabled are being refused chairs, being shouted at when they try to relax in chairs during shopping times and threatened with removal on a regular basis.

One disabled customer was injured on the premises and then threatened with eviction if she did not leave quidkly enough. Store employees did not take a report of the injury.

The matter is under investigation by a couple of disability groups in Southern California as one of those mistreated was a retired detective.
