Economic leadership for a country is as it is for a company a simple rule that you must follow…kiss. To the laymen keep it simple stupid, common sense leadership is stream line departments by unification. Too many different budgets and not enough command and control or over sight over these agencies, I call on the legislature to submit to a major re structuring of the Government of the United States by unification of department as follows.

Department of Interior

1. Department of Transportation

2. Department of Housing and Urban development

3. Department of Commerce

4. Department of The Treasury

5. Department of Energy

Department of Social Services

1. Department of education

2. Department of health and human services

3. Department of social security

4. Department of Veterans Affairs

5. Department of Emergency Management

Department of Justice

1. Justice

2. U.S Marshalls (retain title)

3. Secret Service (retain title)

4. FBI

5. DEA

6. LECA (Law Enforcement Coordination Administration)

7. Customs and Border Protection

Department of Defense

1. Department of the Navy

2. Department of the Air Force

3. Department of the Army

4. Department of the Home guard

Department of State

By unifying several departments under one, you have one budget each for five departments which then could be unified into one with ease under the executive branch, instead of having two dozen budgets.

I further call on the legislature to reprocess or take back control of the postal services. I further call on the legislature to strict over site USPS, building budgets, transport and so on should be strictly and rigidly over sited. Bluntly they want to build a new postal office they have to present the design and specification to the oversight committee for approval, make sure it is designed for the region of the country they want to put it and not because it is cheaper to build.

As for the social security trust fund, I call on the legislature to pass a bill for the President to sign that forbids government or any agency of the government from raiding the trust fund of social security to pay congress or any other groups expenses.

I further call on the congress to pass immediately the line idem veto bill without hesitation or party politics or amendments. The era of pork barrel politics must end now, not when you feel like it or it suits you. I further call upon the Senate to expel all members of the so called tea party from the legislature and all left wing articles. There is right way and a wrong way to govern a people, there way is dictatorship and fear which can push a people to civil war.

I also call upon the legislature to nullify the nafta treaty, and that we impose strict tariffs on all low quality good now being forced down our thoughts.

It is further call upon the legislature to pass a bill that states any company licensed to operate in the United States who export manufacturing jobs over seas, technology jobs over seas, and so on, that company shall have all of it financial and property holding, jets, cars, homes, parking lots and empty factories what ever may be owned shall be seized and the CEO or chief executive officer shall be tried as a traitor to the people of the United States and sentenced to twenty-five years for doing so at hard labor with no parole at Portsmouth Naval Prison and or Fort Leavenworth Kansas military prison.
