Police come up with 100 excuses not to take abuse reports.
In one case a wife, her mother and her daughter were abused by a violent abuser. The police said the daughter was obnoxious when she spoke about the knives and beatings. The girl's life has been turned upside down and her grandmother has lost everything through the elder abuse. The violent man gets a free pass from Rackauckas.
The wife got a restraining order but is being hounded by the rich batterer who has an attorney in their divorce. The husband has used the divorce to try to steal his mother-in-laws remaining assets. The wife has been left close to death while the judge let the husband cut the insurance during the divorce proceedings. The husband is expecting to get his hands back on the elderly mother-in-law and daughter if the wife dies. His attorney has let it be known that he has a legal right to kill his wife.
Such is justice in OC. If you are an abuser, you can get millions. If you are a victim, expect to die. Tony Rackauckas won't help you. He'll help your batterer and do nothing as you die.
