Is the fashion of the moment to criticize the government? Why not to do this with profit?
In the USA any thing is susceptible to turn money. Besides and mainly the critic to the cult of the weapons and the consumerism (Michel Moore), the political movies (All the President's Men, Syriana and other), the ecology (books and documentaries of Al Gore) and the music of social critic (Joan Baez, Bob Dylan and many, many other).
The American capitalism not only it absorbs the critic as it transforms it in an instrument of social reinforcement and of propagation of the empire. Cultural production induces consumption and it produces taxes that will sustain the war machine.
Is the fashion of the moment to criticize the government? Why not to do this with profit?
