Brazilian former-president will die from envy.

I read this text in Financial Times (http://www.ft.com/cms/s/2/d889965e-c769-11df-aeb1-00144feab49a.html) and I have a comment to do.

All have to take care with the Brazilian former-president's words on Lula.

When he mentions Lula, Mr. FHC only has words of spite and envy. FHC knows that it is condemned to the decline. In 150 years the history will register the period of enthusiasm and of economical and political development under Lula, as much as it will condemn the depressive years in that FHC drove privatizations criminals and a crazy debt of the Brazilian state.

When I was born in 1964 my country was already in debt. I grew and I became an adult man in an in debt country. FHC just increased my foreign debt portion. I didn't vote for in Lula, but I admit that his government made me a man a little happier. Only in Lula's government I stopped having international debt.

Do you have idea of the one what this means for me?
