The technology exists to separate oil from water to clean the water thoroughly with a centrifuge and must be used on the Gulf of Mexico today. Not doing so is genocide. See

If you have been reading the oil gusher news sites, you would know that the inventors of the world have been Emailing to British Petroleum's website their inventions, yet we now see a dead sea that is much of the Gulf of Mexico, and threatening the Atlantic and beyond. Scream bloody murder at all the politicians until they have to use this technology as we must save our seas if we are to survive on Planet Earth.
