Cotton war.

The Brazilian government published on this Monday the list of USA products with increase of import tariff as authorized retaliation for the World Organization of Trade in an old dispute involving the cotton American subsidies. Among the products that consist of the list published in the Official Diary of the Union, they are:

methanol (with bracket of 22%),
paracetamol (28%),
beauty products (36%),
readers of bar codes (22%),
ear phones (40%),
sun glasses (40%)
vehicles of up to a thousand cylinder capacities (50%).

As one can see Brazil it chose to hurt the pockets of the american industrial ones to put them against the American owners of cotton plantation. What was a dispute among two States will turn a dispute inside among economical sections of the USA. This was necessary because the American government thinks it is above the international Law and he needs to stop holding of such arrogant and unsocial form.
