30 people, individuals and representatives from various organizations, met to discuss the next steps in building the Justice for Oscar Grant movement at Chuco's Justice Center in Inglewood on Sunday night, February 28th.
People shared information about the 2nd court hearing and discussed ways for the Coalition to move forward as a unit. Plans were made for a community forum, a benefit show, and other ways to outreach to the community at large.
Initial plans were made for the next court hearing on Friday March 26th at 1pm at the LA Superior Court, as well as fore the beginning of the actual criminal trial beginning on Monday June 7.
