One of the things that more it benefitted the USA after the end of the II World War was the establishment of the dollar as the main middle of international change. With this the Americans excluded the Russians of the world trade and they limited the benefits of the same for their allies Chinese, Brazilian, French and English.
When the dollar was divested of the gold, the benefits for the Americans became still larger. They didn't need more to acquire and to stock tons and tons of the metal to guarantee each dollar note printed. In reason of this, "los gringos" were free to turn wildly their machines of printing money flooding the world of a middle of change that doesn't have other covenantor besides the own political existence of the USA.
Then the neo-liberals came and they implemented an idea still more brilliant. Besides the paper coin in circulation, servant and guaranteed for the American State, the bank activity should not be regulated to allow to the banks to foment the credit in a creative way. And it was the bankers soon as created credit titles originating from of debts that were transformed in assets and means change (a new coin species) producing the immense financial bubble that it exploded recently.
The born accounting illusion and fed in the USA ended in global financial catastrophe, forcing governments of several States (besides of Brazil) to help to cover the immense black financial hole created by the incompetence (and malice) Americans.
What power the States harm by the USA omission had on the American bankers? None! What power they have now to impose the USA a larger bank regulation? None! What will the American bankers make? To continue the if it solemnity-grants prizes billionaires and to build financial blows in global scale.
I read in Brazilian newspaper Folha de São Paulo:
"The director-manager of IMF (International Monetary Fund), Dominique Strauss-Kahn, proposed today that the entity creates lines of change of similar exchange value to the one of Fed (Federal she Reserves, American BC) and besides an own coin that it was able to one day to substitute the dollar as reservation boundary.
Strauss-Kahn put his future vision for IMF in speech in Bretton Woods Annual Conference, baptized with the name of the small American place where that organism was founded in 1944. "

The worsening of this American financial crisis is affecting the world trade. Plus than this, it is affecting the own dollar as middle of universal change. However, most of the governments has exchange reservations in dollar. Therefore, a destruction of the dollar will mean an automatic damage for all of the nations that believed in the American paper coin and in his covenantor's administrative seriousness (the American State).
Damage and greed were always the two main fuels of the war. Being like this, the worsening of the crisis can result in a global war (all the prejudiced nations against the USA). It is in this context that IMF (a bank controlled for the most part by the USA) comes and it says: no problemo, we can create a new coin, to establish an exchange between the new coin and the dollar, the new coin passes the being the universal way of change and everything will be well!
For who everything will be well? Only for the Americans, whose economy, coin, world importance and skin will be saved by this new accounting artifice. After all, they are "los gringos" that control IMF, therefore, they will be them that will control the new coin and the exchange of this in relation to the dollar.
But let us say that the new coin is created under the auspices of a humble diplomatic attitude of the USA and that exchange of this coin in relation to the dollar is not totally favorable to the Americans. Everything OK will say some. Really everything seems perfect. But there is an important detail that it is being omitted: with the new coin the USA will stop being the covenantor of the universal circulating coin. The covenantor of the new coin will be IMF, therefore, all of States that are part of him. In other words: the Americans created the problem and now they want all to take the responsibilities.
Why the other nations, that didn't have any power on the USA or on the American bankers, do they have to arch with the consequences of the malices and of "los gringos" incompetences? This, my friends, it is the great question.
"Los gringos" are already being so superiors that they intend that until their mistakes are treated as if they went successes. The bankers' paradigm that they grant to themselves million of dollars of bonus because they took their banks to the bankruptcy seems to have contaminated all of the USA spheres of power.
Before accepting the creation of a new coin we should remember some basic lessons.
Mistakes are not successes. Mistakes generate consequences, responsibilities and punishments. In the limit, the mistakes of the nations have to be corrected... to cannon shots.
