Obama announced that will send more 30 thousand soldiers to Afghanistan. It is more and more evident that who governs the USA is not the President, but CIA and the Pentagon (whose calendars the inhabitant of the White House is forced to accomplish).
Now we can already call the USA president of "Barracks" Obama.
