The wanton human experimentation called ENMOD (Environmental Modification) begun during the bush administration after 911 continues thud-a-gallop under the present kingdom of Israels latest appointee, the indonesian citizen Barry Sortero/Sotero, who is not so much president, as a black (Clandestine) CEO of Monsanto corporation controlling the American Military. Monsanto, being the end result of the usurpation of American lawmaking, currency, and constitutional law, has become effectively blended with not just our government, but the government of the rest of the world, whose centers are Zurich, Tel Aviv, London, Moscow, and Washington DC, in that order, and praise the lord.
To his credit, Barry de Prez has been smart enough to curtail a lot of chemtrailing, which is the most visible aspect of the German Luftwaffes environmental/behavior modification program, because even the dumbest mind controlled lord loving commie can see chemtrails, and perhaps question them. For those who do not know, Monsanto is the agri-company engineering world starvation through terminator seeds, and the like, so that they can then take credit for saving the world via a program of electronic rainmaking, which is really mind control, praise jesus and the prime minister of israel. This is kind of like the same group of international financiers creating 911, so they could save the world from terrorists, or like they flood the world with drugs which they have conveniently made illegal, so they can institute a drug-war police-force to save the world. Its also like the Russian half of the nazi scientists creating extreme drought and other environmental problems in America via antennae and tectonic manipulations from the other side of the world, commencing in the 1950s or thereabouts, in preparation for the electronic takeover happening here now hidden behind drought remediation. Yes, just another world saving show for the dumb at heart: mind control deployed as entertainment, cell phones, and rainmaking. Oi.
Last night I was privy to one of the many tests by Monsanto out here in the land of entrapment, and not only has the luftwaffe had special operators here for a few months now, these particular operations have become more and more frequent since chemtrails have become rare. These days, out here, the only real chemtrailing that takes place is when the idiotic schmuck calling himself governor comes around, or when he and his Luftwaffe mob need cloud cover to move their drugs away from the prying eyes of satellites. Those events are interesting too, because once they bring the cloud cover overhead (It usually just covers their area of operation) they charge it with big-time electrical energy via satellite, antennae, and the tectonic operations detailed below, so that even the most sophistacted satellites become blind to what is going on underneath the broadcast canopy. One thing is for sure, it is all about moving large quantities of drugs, while keeping drugs illegal to keep the prices up, as far as I can see. These ops and others like them also explain some of the physical deformation occurring among the populace here, and the odd radio attributes, or, rather, disattributes of this immediate area. Many times electronic reception of communications is abnormally restricted here. Many have noted this. Finally, there is still occasional chemtrailing at night, mostly during the full moon, but during other operations still.
The drug running programs are most likely being supervised out of Playas, New Mexico, a military/DHS training site, and because Hachita is just a test bed of human experimentation for Playas, with other close-by cities and towns also involved but to a lesser extent, the whole area is become a New World Order fun house and pig farm. The Playas people are latinos from Mexico (covert bush-sponsored International law enforcement) and military types from Texas, alongwith the ever present german faction from Holloman and environs. Think Vatican, Think Zionazi, and MormoNazi. But do not think American. Best of all think: America ATTACKED from within.
The Mormons all work for the DHS it seems, they are a mafia and they are huge...they bust other mafias so they can direct attention away from themselves then take over the illicit businesses, and they have a good cover, no doubt. They are more organized than any other group out here, and they have dirty dealing down to a science. They are good at making people disappear.
Psychological warfare is well entrenched here in Hachita, and has been practiced at different times since my arrival, and probably before. As of this time there seem to be tracking devices which sound off on certain citizens movements, and also being used to interrupt sleep. Right now there is an extensive and long-term program in force across the street from me, originating at the state facility. Recordings of this psychologicial/mind-control warfare tool have been made by me, of course. Mobile spotters are everywhere and are involved in passive intimidation at all times, letting the subject know they are being watched. All LE here do this just to stay busy, especially border patrol agents, who are just the drug couriers for all NM politicians. There has been many dumpings of flies over town recently too, for what thats worth. When hit with radiation from satellites or what have you, the little critters get crazy, and its not fun. Just another mormon dirty trick, but they can be cleared out nightly by vacuuming the ceiling. Beat a many thousand dollar expenditure with a nickel enough times, you win the war that way.
The electronic chippings via vaccinations are allowing all kinds of tracking and individual harassment now....that is the whole reason behind the chippings, in fact. Illegal and secret electronic chipping has been used as a warfare tool on dissidents for a long time now, at least 20 years. Many times the subject is made sick so a trip to the federal-reserve (zionazi) controlled doctor or surgeon is necessary, just to implant devices which will then allow the victim to be tracked and targeted with accuracy. Pass this on, secrecy is their only real asset, which is why they sow ignorance so rampantly. Designer diseases and mass vaccinations are alllllllll about chipping, and tracking, and what that entails. Total Information Awareness, indeed. Every move a chipee makes automatically becomes entered in the TIA database, so that patterns become manifest, and then actions can be inferred, predicted. Its an invisible prison, and the lord lovers all too stupid to even know. Almost hilarious. Learn to beat it, its a great advantage. Remember.
The ability to put a residence and/or individual citizens in a large electronic field, for a variety of testing, torture, and surveillance, is a definite aspect of all this too, and I have thrice now proven total surveillance in my abode (and out) which is to say: at all times. One need only look at the skyline during sunset to see the vast amount of airborne powder which has accumulated over the last eight years of heavy particulate spraying: it is electrically conductive powder, hear here, and the surreal and ugly smog-for-the-world which has resulted not only makes miniscule all pollution that has come before, but also facilitates the aforementioned electronic surveillance fields (And much more).
My body has become hardened to some of these satellite/broadcast electronics now, because they have been used so much on me. I have also developed successful techniques that foil some of the electro-gastric detriments and other tortures perped by these Luftwaffe nazi scum. Plus, I have discovered a major glass fiber network of communications here running from Playas to Holloman AFB, and the local operatives here all use cell phones that work when no one elses will (When questioned one said you just need the right kind of cellphone!): too, the local operatives, ie drug runners for Jesus and Guillermo Richardson, have access to the fiber optic networks, using the system to deploy DHS eavesdropping software and techniques, some of which is distributed via fundamental churches.
Last nights show was like a few others I have seen, and these chemtrail-less types of ENMOD are becoming much more prevalent everywhere. They possess many aspects of the earliest experiments done in Australia by the Japanese Aum sect, and I have a short digital movie of one such daytime event that is gnarly to say the least. There are major flashing lights at regular intervals (15 second, 30 second, other intervals), and this energy type seems to exacerbate cancers and biotech weaponry as a byproduct, or as willful torture of an entire populace. When I was wearing their anthrax skin cancer it would grow fast and furious during odd operations here where pulsing light at night was evident, and at that same time there were also local/mobile antennae being used by army and other LE just outside of town. A lot of all that involved sleep deprivation, which is the basis of all mind control...these latest episodes also possess those traits. I have many pictures of all this, for sure.
I think these pulsing light operations are actually a piezo-electric/tribo-luminescent effect on a gargantuan scale, controlled tectonics via antennae, the TMT in all its glory. These observations indicate nothing so much as actual Crust Bucklings, and other VLS MHD (Magneto-hydro-dynamics on a very large scale). Vast amounts of moisture and energy are released together into the atmosphere from below-ground sources. Those two factors facilitate electrical conductivity within the atmosphere, Mammy. New rivers, anyone? Or perhaps punishment by earthquake and tsunami, which can target small areas with great accuracy? To the uninformed/unobservant a lot of this is passed off as lightening but contains much too much order within to be just that, and there are many times no actual electrical bolts, just bright pulsed flashes emanating from the ground. During the daytime a lot of this energy technology is nearly invisible, which is something very important to consider, though I have several reports and first hand of observations of daytime flashes which are almost at the subliminal level. Like a flashbulkg going off during daytime hours, but at regular intervals. Many times auras like rainbows, but in linear form, Rain Bars, as it were, form from the ground skyward prior to, during, and after these daytime TMT/MHD operations. This was all perfected during the Gulf Wars, and the suite of technolgy for eavesdropping and mind control that go along with all this is extensive, take it from one who knows. Hard rive reading and keystroke logging are just small aspects in that quivver. Muscular and gastric control should not be ruled out of this equation, nor the probability that this could (and is) being used as a way to broadcast EM disease codes at the cellular level, with great power. Look for the undulatus (Washboard/fishbone) clouds, they are telltale indicators of many suveillance ENMOD operations.
Many researchers of ENMOD have become hip to the fact that a lot of the atmospheric spraying/chemical inundation since 911 includes barium, alongwith aluminum oxide and other reflective/dessicating/conducting chemicals and particulates. Many if not most chemtrails are comprised of barium in large part, according to studies by independent researchers, and patent data. Frisch, Meitner began to suspect that Hahn had actually halved the uranium atom, which was more than twice the mass of a barium atom, into two atoms of barium. She and Frisch surmised that the bombarding neutron split the uranium atom in an action that would release a large amount of energy. Thus was nuclear fission...discovered.
