THE LAW OF ONE

We are all one.

When one is harmed, all are harmed.

When one is helped, all are healed.

Therefore, in the name of who I AM,

and I am one with all;

I ask that ONLY THAT WHICH IS THE HIGHEST GOOD OF ALL

CONCERNED happen here and now, and through all time and space.

I give thanks that this is done.

SO BE IT!

There is no they, only us. We're part of a large

fellowship called "the human race."

We all hurt the same. We all love the same.

We all bleed the same.

We all need understanding and care

A human being is part of the whole, called by us "universe," limited in time and space.

He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as

something separated from the rest

- a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness.

This delusion is a prison,

restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons close to us.

Our task must be to free ourselves from our prison by

widening our circle of compassion to embrace all humanity

and the whole of nature in its beauty."
