Are the techs at LA IMC clueless?

There are so many ways to counter these attacks it seems if the collective is lackadaisical in responding to this obvious disruption for reasons unknown to me at least, at this time. They refuse to respond to email. Are there any concerned staff at LA IMC able or willing to counter this assault? Or dicuss this with the large LA IMC readership?
I am seriously concerned with the beating the IMC is being subjected to as the policy of editorial control is left to a cleanup function after the fact when the topics of topical and current concern are deliberately buried in this obvious attempt to disfunctionalize this news wire. What is going on?
The repetitious nature of the assault would have shown various commonalities for blocking and banning.
