In light of the events that occurred this past September 11 (2007) that led to our anarchist companions Lucas Machacán and Italo Sepúlveda being detained in the area of the Universidad de La Frontera (UFRO university) and imprisoned by the prosecutor the following day, we denounce and declare the following:
We denounce the extremely violent act of the State, represented by its humanoid hunters, in this case the Fuerzas Especiales de Carabineros de Chile (police), at the entrance of the UFRO this past September 11. We can't more strongly denounce the violent and oppressive habitual condition of the State, conditioned by what it needs for its existence. Neither can we stop rejecting the laws of power, created for its perpetuation, the ones that govern and permit actions such as those that occurred on the 11th of September in the UFRO.
We denounce the Frame-Up which has made Victims of Lucas and Italo. At no time did they carry the Molotov cocktails attributed to them. This remains contrasted by the images of the press. The hydrocarbons test, that verifies the presence of flammable elements, came out negative for Lucas and Italo's bodies, nevertheless, the clothes that came out positive were not the ones that they were wearing and that were brazenly used in the tests carried out against them.
We declare our very strong repudiation against those who dominate us and that create the prisons to punish us, to hide us, torture us, repress us and watch us, and that in this reality is called State and Capital.
We declare our support to all who fight for a radical transformation of this reality. To those who fight for Freedom and Equality as indispensable and inalienable elements of a better future. To those who reclaim their lives and who rise against the capitalist oppressive beast. To those who fight daily for a new world, for Autonomy and Self-Organization.
We declare our human desire to eliminate prison in every instance, because in not a single case has it rehabilitated a human being for their reinsertion into social life, because the prisons and the jailers also intend to establish fear and terror in our lives and to cause us to see that we live before the latent threat of being imprisoned and controlled by them.
We declare also our sincere support to all anarchist prisoners in the world, among them: the 4F prisoners (Spain), Alex, Juan and Rodrigo; Sacramento Delfino Cano Hernandez (Mexico); Gabriel Pombo da Silva and Jose Fernandez Delgado, imprisoned in Germany; Marco Camenisch (Switzerland); Jean Paul Depouhon (Belgium); Federico Pais (Italy); Jean-Marc Rouillan (France); Olga Aleksandrovna Nevskaya (Russia); Yiannis Dimitrakis (Greece); Jerome White-Bey (United States of America).
For the destruction of all the prisons and the construction of a New World.
