THE EAGLE HAS LANDED: Universal Healthcare Has Arrived!!!!!!!{Mandatory Legal Charges For All Opponents}
San Francisco has been the home of many strange births. Today, however, it's giving birth to National Universal Healthcare. From the Who's Who in America, Discoverer of the New Higher Science of Love, comes the solution to America's Healthcare problems. Privately-quipping that "Social Security had Dr. Albert Einstein's fingerprints all over it", he's also likely to concede that the vision (and proper function) of Social Security probably died with him in the 1950s, too.
From A-Z, this time, it's all covered. Doing something you won't hear today's politicians doing, (or anyone associated with healthcare in the slightest), specificly, saying "take it to the accountable-if-you're-wrong grand jury", healthcare that doesn't "run-off with your premium pension funds in the night" or deny you medical services "because you're addicted" or "we don't want to risk antibiotic-resistant diseases" (the classical Prohibition Strategy, since before Christ's Triumverates) has been brought down to Earth, at last.
From the San Francisco Debate Group which invited him to speak on Tuesday at 7:00Pm comes the Opening Statement that's certain to usher-in Universal Healthcare (unless someone We haven't seen yet is willing to risk it all before an impartial jury to prove the "Never Lost a Suit Doctor" wrong), and maybe-even the "complete solvency" the Doctor's said is possible ("Even though the Deficit is about 10 Times it's Debt Clock Represented Level and Rate of Increase").
Following the Doctor's example, I've left nothing to interpretation. Here's the Opening Statement, in it's entirety. Whether you're a fan of Universal Healthcare or not, you Must admit, he does have a point (one which he's happy to prove, for the money, for all those with the courage to be held responsible for what they say and do)..........

Reserving contractual construction for myself, always, my name is Dr. Eric Durand. I'm a DEA-registered, University researcher, professor, and administrator, listed in Who's Who in America for some of my discoveries (including the New Higher Science of Love and the Science of Insurance).
I want to thank you for inviting me to open these ceremonies and begin this First Real National Debate on Universal Healthcare. Having worked with then-President Ronald Reagan to solvate Social Security, as later, opposition-admitted, Federal Court proofs have shown, there are few in the country with the degree of insight that's necessary to even hold a non-debt-producing-debate on the subject, much less fully-operate such a system (without generating massive quantities of debt, sufficient-enough to collapse any economy).
The real question, as Social Security exemplifies, is not whether Universal Healthcare is needed or should be provided, but, who will provide it and how. While Social Security should provide invaluable-insight into this problem, the likelihood is that, instead, it will only provide a precedent for greater and greater abuses and thefts (and the greater debts that go therewith)…..[especially it's recent Medicaid privatizations, which are poor, dysfunctional-versions of my earlier work, I'll add].
As with the Scientific Government Training Programs that my work has produced, which were presented to the Courts and Congress, beforehand, and would've prevented Every Major Disaster, since Reagan left office, we have the organization and parameters copyrighted that are The Only Means of producing "net-social-health" (recovery or ascent), instead of ever worsening abuses, thefts, and debts (or descent). Now, as then, the only question is, does what remains of Representative Government function even-well-enough to implement them properly (non-debt-and-collapse-producingly)? Since 1988, at least, the answer hasn't been a good one. From the double digit interest and inflation of Jimmy Carter's gang---to the "I'm the Real President, 'bill sandwich' of Junior and Senior"---only time will tell, if, in fact, like Americans who can't get tax-paid and reprovably-due healthcare benefits, now; Government of, for, and by the people (a Properly-functioning Grand Jury), has, in fact, perished from the face of the Earth. Or, whether instead, it's only stumbled on it's quick-sanded-path and is ready to "run and never fall" anew.
Healing our nation is both an individual and organizational effort. Without the proper functioning of our Grand Juries (at least, issuing bills to either accuseds or accusers, EVERYTIME an allegation of wrongdoing officially occurs, AS PROPER FUNCTION REQUIRES), a healthcare system CANNOT exist that doesn't produce more debt than income or benefits---enough to collapse any economy. The rapid, corrective action provided by the Grand Jury's proper function, organizationally, is like the "golden hour" of individual treatment, it's vital to both organizational and personal health (or death prevention).
The forces and organizations that strive to dysfunction these processes (International Crime, from within and without) are the reason 18USC3071 (etc.) provides $500,000 REWARD FOR AMERICANS WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONVICTION OF THESE ORGANIZED, RACKETEERING, CRIMINALS, WITHIN OUR GOVERNMENT, WHO CAUSE OR ALLOW OUR GRAND JURIES TO DYSFUNCTION (failing to make bills, at least, EVERYTIME wrongdoing's officially alleged). From "Get Your $500,000 Reward and Your Universal Healthcare" protests and rallies in the streets to "Bond-like Licenses to Kill"(which authority devolves upon the public from which it was derived, anytime those in government fail to do so and our Grand Juries are dysfunctioned ; in order to restore proper, bill producing, life-saving, function to our Grand Juries and all of the organizations they govern)……..Let Proper Grand Jury Function and The U.S. Recovery BEGIN……..
