Support needed for the South Central Farm activists in L.A.

The 14 acre South Central Farm was bull-dozed on July
5th, the day after the national celebration of war.
Many of those who participated in the actions that day
to stop the bull-dozer are now facing some relatively
serious charges. The city of Los Angeles is
attempting to squash any form of resistance to the
corporate power structure that so dominates every
aspect of our lives by giving the activists who
participated at least a dozen new charges.

We urge you all to contact the Los Angeles District
Attorney's offices at (and demand that the charges be
dropped or reduced in each of our cases. Our actions
that day are in line with our fundamental belief that
people creating a place free from gangs and drugs, a
place that is bringing life to a community by
providing basic sustenance should be given priority
over the land. The campesino's have given the last 14
years of their lives to the farm; they have raised
children, teaching them how to grow their own food so
they could be more self-sufficient; they took a
junkyard and gave it life. What has Ralph Horowitz
done, nothing!

Here are the arrestee's and their associated charges.

Hollie Enrique - 1 count of misdemeanor trespassing
and 1 count of misdemeanor vandalism.

Martha Escudero - 2 counts of misdemeanor trespassing,
1 count of resisting arrest and 1 count of misdemeanor
vandalism.

Sarah Sage - 1 count of misdemeeanor vandalism and
misdemeanor trespassing.

Steven Murphy - 4 counts of trespassing, 3 counts of
resisting arrest, 1 count of misdemeanor destruction
of property and 1 count of resisting arrest.

Luigi Petrigh - 1 count of misdemeanor vandalism and 1
count of misdemeanor trespassing.

Robert Fofrich - 2 counts of misdemeanor vandalism and
1 count of trespassing.

Jesus, Fonseca - 1 count of misdemeanor trespassing.

The 3 activists with the most serious charges are
listed below.

Yolanda Carlin - 1 count of misdemeandor vandalism, 2
counts of treepassing and 1 felony count of assault on
a police officer (for allegedly throwing a milkcrate
at a cop).

Jordan Murray - Felony vandalism. Other charges may
be added next week after her arrangement.

Christian Micheal Tritzun - 1 count of felony
vandalism. And again other charges may be added at his
arrangement.

Jesus and Stevens pre-trial will be held at 210 Temple St., betw. Broadway and Hill this Thursday morning at 9 am. Roberts trial begin this Friday at the same courthouse at 9 am. Please be there to support the farm defenders.
As of now Yolanda is still looking at several months in jail for the alleged assault on an LAPD officer, please support her. Also, Steven, Jordan and Michael are still facing several weeks in jail for the charges against them; Steven is taking the stance that he will not accept any form of probation or community service.

*These are the charges as they stand now. Our public
defenders and private attorney's have advised that
more charges may be filed in the future. Please
forward this list to everyone you know.

Below are links to video's proving that alleged
assaults and property damage did not occur by the 10
activists.
