Code Pink demonstrates in favor of peace

Wednesday, August 2nd, Code Pink of Orange County held a regular demonstration in favor of peace. The peaceful rally encouraged drivers to honk in support of their cause at the traffic circle in the center of Orange, CA. Roughly 30 demonstrators held signs and chanted proudly that their demonstration is an example of democracy.

Many drivers and pedestrians chanted or honked in support of the anti-war demonstration.

There was a single demonstrator set up in oppostion to the Code Pink rally. Code Pink members reported that he often shows up with his own demonstration group of one with a protest stand on wheels, a photo of George Bush, and a CD player playing the voice of the President.
