(English/Spanish) FOR the fifth time in the last 10 weeks, the Association of Christian Women in Defense of the Cuban Family is organizing a demonstration to demand that the government of George W. Bush respects their right to travel to Cuba and visit their families without restrictions.

FOR the fifth time in the last 10 weeks, the Association of Christian Women in Defense of the Cuban Family is organizing a demonstration to demand that the government of George W. Bush respects their right to travel to Cuba and visit their families without restrictions.

On Saturday, July 22, starting at 10:30 a.m., outside the Torch of Friendship in Las Palomas Park on Biscayne Boulevard and Second Street N.E. in downtown Miami, these women, resident in this city, will hold their protest to express their disagreement with the restrictions imposed by the White House limiting their visits to Cuba to once every three years.

Reclamarán mujeres cubanas en Miami su derecho a viajar a la Isla sin restricciones


POR quinta ocasión en las últimas diez semanas, la Asociación de Mujeres Cristianas en Defensa de la Familia convoca a una manifestación para exigir al gobierno de George W.Bush que se respete su derecho a viajar a Cuba sin restricciones para visitar a sus familiares.

El sábado 22, a partir de las 10.30 de la mañana, la Antorcha de la Amistad, en el Parque de las Palomas, en Biscayne bulevar y calle 2 del N.E, en el Dowtonwn de Miami, será escenario de la protesta de las mujeres que viven en esa ciudad y que no están de acuerdo con las restricciones impuestas por la Casa Blanca que limita sus visitas a Cuba una vez cada tres años.
