URGENT NEED FOR CALIFORNIA VOTERS!

IT IS YOUR CIVIC DUTY. Next Tuesday, you will have an opportunity to salvage a dysfunctional system of justice increasingly crippled by undue influence and control exerted by corrupting forces of extreme right.

The choice is clear: continued and worsening endemic corruption or a chance to wrench the state's justice bureaucracy out of control and corrupting influence of the most powerful lobbying groups in today's California: prison guards and LAPD's so-called unions.

The prison guards union, California Correctional Peace Officers Association (CCPOA) (http://www.igs.berkeley.edu/library/htCaliforniaPrisonUnion.htm ) and the LAPD's union have formed an unholy Alliance to defeat Jerry Brown and gain 100% control of the law enforcement bureaucracy of California, the fifth (5th) largest economy in the World.

The CCPOA+LAPD Alliance has financed and fielded Rocky Delgadillo as their "Democratic" alternative against Jerry Brown. The Alliance is justifiably concerned that in case Brown gets elected, Attorney General Jerry Brown may mean trouble for the 25-year-old corrupt justice bureaucracy in which its prison guards have grown to earn 150% above earnings of the state’s tenured state university professors.

The Alliance has been making massive financial contributions to Delgadillo's campaign since it is clear that once the Alliance's powerful criminal enterprise apparatus is in control of Sacramento, efforts to roll-back establishment of a state-wide LAPD+CCPOA police state would be likely futile.

If Delgadillo's established public record (LA Times, 05/20/06) in fraud, voter deception, and usurping of Los Angeles City Attorney position without being qualified for it

(http://la.indymedia.org/news/2006/05/160692.php ) is any policy indication for characteristics of government by the Alliance, it is conceivable that the Alliance may tactically decide to field a future lackey as 'Democrat" instead of "Republican" to further deceive and confuse the public even though in reality the Alliance base is structurally made up of the most reactionary forces of the extreme right.

For instance, the now-"Democratic" candiadate Delgadillo is the same Delgadillo who a few weeks ago as Los Angeles City Attorney was very right-wing “Republican" and joined the extremist "Republican" Bush administration in a joint motion to urge a federal judge to weaken the continued monitoring of the LAPD (http://la.indymedia.org/news/2006/05/158822.php ) which was imposed upon LAPD based on evidence of its egregious patterns of past police misconduct and systematic constitutional violations as exposed by its Rampart Corruption Scandal.

There is no question that Rocky committed felony perjury when he presented false information concerning his eligibility for the LA City Attorney position in 2001. He was not eligible to apply for the position but falsified his application, indicating he was. He has illegally held to the position since 2001. At about the same time (2001), the Alliance, through spending more than -million dollars in campaign contributions, was able to install another lackey (Stephen "Steve" Lawrence Cooley) as the Los Angeles District Attorney. With fellow Alliance-lackey Cooley at his side as Los Angeles County prosecutor, Rocky has had no reason fearing criminal prosecution for committing felony perjury.

Now, with the largest county in the nation having being secured, subdued, and silenced under their reign of terror and systemic corruption with substantial assistance from George W. Bush

Next Tuesday, vote against LAPD+CCPOA evil Alliance of terror and corruption. Vote against Rocky.
