One and a half months before her stroke which left her in a wheel chair, 89 year old, Zsa Zsa Gabor filed suit against her daughter, Constance Francesca Hilton, to recover $2 million in funds which Ms. Hilton allegedly embezzled from her mother by using a phony power of attorney and then taking out a $3.75 million loan on her mothers Bel Aire home.

According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, $1.75 million went to pay off old loans on the $16 million Bel Air home that Zsa Zsa has owned for 40 years. The suit alledges that Hilton pocketed the difference, using half the proceeds to repurchase a home her daughter lost in foreclosure to a private investor. The other half went to a dummy corporation in New York and has since disappeared.

The home, allegedly repurchased with embezzled funds, located at 2661 Carmar Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90046 in the Canyon area of Studio City, is now worth over $3 million, but Hilton has put the property in the name of a corporation called Villa Karma Holding Corporation.

Hilton was originally given the property by Zsa Zsa in 1998 as a gift. Since then she had taken out loans totalling more than $900,000 over a ten year period before she lost it to foreclosure. She then repurchased the property in April of 2005, using the alleged embezzled money for $906,000 through the corporate entity Villa Karma.

It is a very interesting name for a company owned by the daughter of an aging famous Hollywood celebrity and whose father was Conrad Hilton.

The lawsuit is still winding its way through the court system and Villa Karma has taken out over $1 million in loans against the Studio City property since the lawsuit began in 2005..

Almost a year old, the suit alleges a wide range of actions from elder abuse to fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress. It seeks punitive damages that could amount to millions if the lady who has kept all her ex-husbands diamonds wins the case.

Zsa Zsa stated she never signed any Power of Attorney authorizing Constance Francesca Hilton to obtain a $3,750,000 loan against her Bel Air home, and certainly never told her, or anyone, that Francesca could take close to two million dollars and leave Zsa Zsa with nothing.

Zsa Zsa was severely injured on November 27, 2002 while in a car traveling along Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills that lost control and struck a utility pole. After months of convalescing at Cedars Sinai and the Actors Home, she returned to her residence in Bel Air, where she remains today partially paralyzed and using a wheelchair.

Gabor's second husband was Conrad Hilton. It was also his second marriage. Their daughter, Constance Francesca Hilton is a half-sister to Conrad's son from his first marriage, who's the grandfather of Paris and Nicky Hilton. That makes Francesca Hilton Paris and Nicky's half-great aunt and makes Zsa Zsa Gabor Paris and Nicky Hilton's half-great Great Aunt.
