Big Water Meeting Hachita New Mexico Nov 23 2005

One of the states representatives, or other government employee, is coming to Hachita New Mexico, November 23, 2005, to explain some things to the residents, which hopefully include how the water tank was allowed to run dry, thereby creating a sincerely hazaradous situation; also perhaps the subsequent visit by New Mexicos governor Bill Richardson might be better explained --the same who then declared a state of emergency without even addressing the water problem; we would like to hear about the connection of the water problem with the Department of Homeland Security, border patrol, and the minutemen; and perhaps he will even have some information concerning those supposed pictures of border patrol and the minutemen facilitating high level cocaine movement.

Peter Souzzi, a Tucson Resident but former and most recent owner of the water company in Hachita NM, was the person in charge when the water tank ran dry, and this seems to have been a malicious retaliation for one of the residents having reported Mr. Souzzi to the state for metering discrepancies. Its seems Mr. Souzzi obtained surplus meters which work only sporadically, and not well.

There has been other malicious activity around this small New Mexico Town concerning the water, which is located a scant 15 miles from Playas New Mexico, a very large training facility for Department of Homeland Security Personnel. Many pipes have been broken and many hard feelings occurred, not to mention the seemingly intentional poisoning by the water company of the residents in total. Every resident here paying for water has a case against Bill Richardson, Peter Souzzi, and the State of New Mexico.
