Jim Crow Mentality @ West LA VA Hospital

Abraham Lincoln once said: Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth, upon this continent, a new nation, concieved in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that ALL men are created equal. The Jim Crow rule is that there are two set of standards according to race. Substandard for Afro-American and a Higher Standard for Non-Afro-American. The great tragedy is that this mentality now exist in the Federal Workplace, specifically at the West Los Angeles VA Hospital on Wilshire Blvd.

Employees in particular are victims of this "Jim Crow" mentality. There are obvious unspoken rules & policies for Afro-American employee encounters. There are and has been a standard of Disciplinary Actions for Afro-Americans vs. Non-Afro-Americans.

There has been issues where Disciplinary actions were sought against Afro-Americans, by way of fabrication, here-say, or not proveable, and yet action was sought, and on the other side of the "Jim Crow" coin even when guilt is proven and witnessed, absouloutely no action was taken what so ever.

There are no "Jim Crow" placards, posters, banners, flyers, or supportive literature, but the mentality has been supported by the rule of action of Jim Crow.

Of course the concensus may view this as one person's point of view, but at one time in Our Nation, the Concensus was that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. opinion was one man's opinion that only affected him.

I Believe Dr. King once said, that Injustice anywhere, is injustice everywhere (if this is mis-para-phrase it still holds true). Therefore I may be a single voice of Injustice, but this Injustice has a Multitude of Victims.
