Victorville, "Key City" of the High Desert.
Victorville has historically held the key entrance to California through the San Bernardino Mountains for over 100 years.
Jacob Nash Victor, a railroad pioneer and for whom the city is named after, said these words, "No other railroad will ever have the nerve to build through these mountains. All who follow will need to use our tracks."
On June 11th, 2005, those words took on a new meaning. The United Resistance of Victorville refused to allow the SOS and National Vanguard passage into the hearts and minds of their citizens.
Groups of Whites and Hispanics gathered in unity to oppose the outside agitators' protest of Home Depot. The SOS accused Home Depot of creating a slave trade by offering an area for day laborers to meet and seek employment.
