Hearing date changed. The hearing has been moved to July 27, 2005. That is one month from yesterday.
The hearing date for the arrested anti-hate activist has been changed. The hearing has been pushed back to July 27. He was released today at 3PM on bail. The report is that law enforcement has decided to charge him with making a terrorist death threat to a security guard at the Baldwin Park Police Station.
These charges are totally false. He did not threaten to kill anyone. These are trumped up charges by the brutal police department security.
In the mean time activists and those arrested and brutally harassed are going to organize a campaign to drop all the charges on everyone arbitrarily arrested by BPPD.
