ENMOD Weather Control, Behaviour Modification, And Lab Ratz R Us

The various types of weather cells created during Primary ENMOD ops, can be (and many times are) maintained after the primary operations. The preservation of the canopies after the primary ops is a secondary science unto itself, and takes into account jetstreams and their alterations as well as temperature differentials and lines of force as movers, both upward and down, plus much more. All this ENMOD science, with its myriad subsidiary techniques and energys, are all a part of the radiant arsenal, and are well understood now by the perpetrators who have used the population of various countries, including the USA, to test this dangerous and mind altering science.

The ENMOD and Military ops being tested on us are expensive constructs, whose replenishment ensures a nice black contracting situation and no one the wiser; and no one knowing where any of THAT money is going. Just the cost to spread the particulates has been quoted as 30 cents a pound, and I would imagine a single miles long chemtrail would be several thousand pounds of particulate at least. Probably a whole lot more.

This also takes into consideration the use of unmanned drones (UAV -- Lots Of German Influence I think---The New Luftwaffe--Alamagordo, Holloman, Sandia, etc etc all over the place some are at closed bases). The majority of atmospheric conditioning via introduction of particulate powders into the atmosphere now takes place through the use of this drone Air Force. It is worldwide and you paid for it folks. You bought your own chains, your own jail cell. Go ahead, WATCH that TV!

The particulate canopies which are being created and energized for this multilevel and expensive Human Experimentation on Americans, for 5 or more years now, are engineering on a vast scale, however tenuous, however transient, though ultimately all the dust comes down and needs replenished. Some of the powder types can ride up and down field lines of the Earths Magnetic Field, as detailed in the Eastlund HAARP patent. But it all still comes down and must needs be replenished regularly. The purveyors of this technology are nova wealth, believe it. And black. All the big boys are players, vested up to the tops of they ears.

Anyway. Sometimes the cells are maintained in place or held for future & further ops, which means secondary ENMODS for greater control of the atmosphere, and canopies by which to deploy field technology across miles of the surface at once. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION...
