Global Leadership Conference 2005: Chairman Sidney Taurel tells company leaders that "we must maintain our sense of urgency" in carrying out the 2005 priorities while adapting swiftly to the demands of a tough, ever-changing environment. (Urgent because we are sinking like a ton of Bricks) (Tougher for LLY to lie their way out. The evidence is mounting against them.) (Swiftly, because consumers are fed up with LLY Crap &Lies) Taurel emphasized those messages in opening and closing comments at the annual global leadership conference (GLC). More than 150 Lilly leaders from around the world attended in Indianapolis.

Taurel offered these assessments for the full year of 2005:

Environment Requires Continual Change, Flexibility, and Speed

- Despite a challenging business environment—(i.e. consumers, law suits, and government, who can be brought for a price), "the harshest of our careers"—(everyone here hate us and the rest we terminated, SO LET’S REENGAGE THE HEARTS AND MINDS OF LLY FOLKS FIRST, WE JUST NEED TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO THAT, OUR STOCK ARE WORTHLESS, OUR DRUGS ARE KILLING THEM, OUR INTEGRITY RATES MAKES THEM ASHAME TO SAY THEY WORK FOR US, “I know let’s lie to them, we will make them think it was their idea! )

- But, said Chairman Sidney Taurel, success will require being engaged with passion, a customer-first attitude,(pay off more law suits) and a willingness to adapt swiftly and efficiently to changing business conditions.(pay off the government)

Rugged external environment(Taurels warning LLY is sinking fast)

- Lilly is coming off a traumatic 2004 that featured intensifying public criticism and falling stock prices.

-"Scrutiny of the behavior and practices of our company will continue unabated," Taurel said.

(Well at least he Told The Truth About This, and just when you thought LLY lied about everything! Let’s chalk this up as 1 truth this year for LLY!)

-

Another critical consideration, he said, is that issues of costs and access will increase as populations in Europe, Japan, and the United States age at unprecedented rates—the result of increases in longevity and declines in birthrates.

-Taurel noted, "it creates increasingly tough choices for those who pay the bills."

(Pay the high cost of LLY Drugs or buy food, pay utilities, and send your children to school, LLY dugs are so expensive people will not be able to do it all. "LLY suggest buy drugs the hell with life")

LLY can no longer count of Zyprexa Sales!

-External challenges specific to Lilly last year included deteriorating U.S. Zyprexa® sales. The decline significantly affected overall sales performance.

Year of transformation in 2004

-For all its challenges,(and there were many with at least twice as many this year) Taurel described the year 2004 as one of transformation for Lilly—in which the company took real steps (for the first time by way of force via attorneys and consumers)to listen

(we heard they now know we are Liars, Racist, and basic Scum)

and respond to customers and society

(by denying everything we/LLY are accused of, continue to use the phrase "Not to our knowledge", "We do not recall", "We had our scientist comb through the data and found us/LLY not guilty)

-•Launching a refined marketing strategy for Zyprexa (this time we will just hide the data, "wait that is not a new strategy”) that has received positive feedback from health care providers. (By offering kickbacks and incentives to everyone we chose to view the new strategy)

-the business improvement program that "will be part of a long-term transformation which, ultimately, will help us keep prices down and access up."

(By the time we/LLY figure out how to keep the prices down the consumer base AND HOPEFULLY THE INVESTORS will be gone. Growing concern on how do we do this with the enormous cost of numerous lawsuits and promise of More)

-•Becoming the first pharma company to post clinical trials online (this was a mistake we did not realize that someone else was posting the actual CT's in its origin form. "This was never suppose to happen", rest assure that person(s) is no longer with the company... hee hee haw haw chuckled the Leaders"
