Hello Everyone,

This is a call out for support by anyone who can either 1) make it up to the AV for November 26 and lend (Wo)man power 2) Support us with actual items for the Free Market or 3) Help us with any and all information or ideas you may have that will help us with this event.

Who? Autonomous Valley Collective -AV FNB/MA, SCAF, community members, etc.

What? A Free Market (not to be confused with the free market) along the lines of those seen in Miami, SF, etc., where we will be distributing any and every thing we can for free, from baked goods, to old records, to books, to toys and on and on.. We are also looking to have workshops/skillshares going on all day, possibly movie showings, speakers, live music, live poetry, and anything else anyone can think of...

Where? Antelope Valley (either Palmdale or Lancaster) CA, at a local park that is easily accessible for the most people to come (possibly Courson park)

When? Friday, November 26th, 2004 - all day until 5 or 6 or 7 PM

Why? November 26 presents an interesting opportunity for anarchists around the US to showcase an alternative to the massive oppressive force that we know as "Free Market Capitalism." This is the busiest shopping day of the year, where millions of Americans will swipe their credit cards, sell their soles, and ignore the atrocities that are committed every day by the corporations that wish to control every aspect of life in this world, who we willfully hand power with every dollar we spend. In a bleak, dismal situation we must do whatever we possibly can to undermine, subvert and destroy these institutions, and that begins in our own communities. So we are seeking to create a festival against capitalism, a free market, in our community to show that we do not have to live at the hands of their money, their institutions or their 'power'. Most importantly, we will be out there to teach COOPERATION over coercion

Because November 26th will shape November 27th
