Drumming, Dancing, Decentralization!!
My dearest peace lovers,
The Peace rally on Saturday, March 20, 2004 was the most electric, energized, awesome demo I have been to yet, and I've attended them all from LA to San Francisco.
One of the best parts of the rally was the decentralization. Everyone was a leader of unity as dancers and drummers shook and shimmied uncontrollably -- oblivious to the speakers on stage. Indeed the majority of the crowd at the end of the march were more intent on raising the good vibe energy instead of listening to a litany of speakers.
The Kucinich folks were also decentralized and omnipresent. A potent combination, the Kucitizens were individual bomblets of peace, hope, and rejeuvenation.
What an incredible Spring Equinox! What a beautiful display of the power of the peaceful!!! I love you all!!!
