Models display outfits as part of the Vivienne Westwood Fall/Winter 2004 men's collection at Milan fashion week, January 11, 2004. Much of Milan fashion week has been inspired by "the war on terror." Guantanamo style orange jump suits were all the rage at the show... especially when combined with accessories like handcuffs, heavy chains, and blindfolds. Other looks offered by Ms. Westwood included a retro Cowboy chic updated by the popularity of President George Bush.

Not to be outdone, courtiers Dolce & Gabbana offered looks inspired by uniforms worn by commandos from U.S. Homeland Security units. Dressed in sleek black military garb with mid-calf leather combat boots... the look, when combined with a designer black ski mask, took the show by storm.
