Long Beach Students gather in support of the STRIKE!

WHEN: This Sunday- at 12 noon

WHERE: 2nd Street and PCH in Long Beach.Albertsons/ Hoffs Hut Parking Lot

The CSULB Campus Progressives and others in Long Beach are gathering on Sunday (Nov 2nd,2003) at 12 noon infront of "hoff's hut" and then we will go over to the next door grocery store albertsons and give support to the worker's strike. It is important for workers to know they have support from the community and by having large numbers of strike supporters less people will shop at the stores. We need to stand up for what we believe in. Also CSULB Students should stop working as scabs in these stores! Corporate America should not be cutting medical benefit for workers. Bring signs. Suggestions for home-made signs:
