Rally to support supermarket workers with
Rev. Jesse Jackson.
When: 5:00 p.m., Sunday, October 26
Where: Albertson's; 914 W. Orangethorpe Ave., Fullerton
(91Freeway, Exit: Euclid, north to Orangethorpe Ave.)
Grocery chains Albertsons, Ralph's and Vons are
profitable, but they want to cut their employees'
health care, retirement and wages. Grocery workers
at Vons are on strike to protect their benefits and
wages. The big supermarket corporations locked
out workers at Albertsons and Ralph's. These workers
are holding the line for good health care in this country
for all of us.
Join this rally with Rev. Jackson, grocery workers and
community leaders.
An injury to one is an injury to all! Support grocery
workers at the rally!
