Think of KOBE as being like a fart in an elevator.
KOBE is nothing more than a fart in the elevator. KOBE is offensive. KOBE stinks. KOBE is useless. However, if we all made a fuss each time someone farted in an elevator, no one take the elevator anymore. So, when you see a KOBE post (KOBE SBM, Fresca, nonanarchist, Rational Normal Person, daveman, ...), just hold your breath and pretend it didn't happen. No comments. No replies. Just hold your nose.
Unlike a fart, KOBE is here willfully and his desire is to stink up the place, cause confusion, and eventually drive everyone out of the elevator. He is like an exhibitionist, attempting to shock everyone with his ugly nudity. However, if we all just ignore him, in time he'll come to realize that we're not shocked, just contemptuous. He'll eventually gather his small brain and small friends and find another place to jerk off.
