Some pics from the Whittier Peace Vigil. A huge crowed turned up to support.

I was feeling kinda down for Whittier last week, when I first went there, because the turntout was kind of low, but things turned around tonight. There were at least 30 people there, probably 40, speaking truth to power. People were honking for us with spirit, and making a small ruckus.

It really carried on the spirit of the afternoon's demonstration. Hundreds of people were on our side, and willing to take a stand by making some noise. We're out there to keep the pressure on the politicians.

I also found a pretty good drink. Green tea with passion fruit. They have it at the chinese fast food place near where we're demo-ing. It was a good day.

PS - don't forget to go to the polls on the 7th, and keep Arnold Schwartzenegger out of office.

PPS - this first photo is hilarious.
