Once again, the 'mentally ill' suffer at the hands of psychiatry.
There is growing evidence that the psychiatric community (make that industry) has developed
techniques based on those of the former communist block countries to circumvent laws in
this country protecting our rights. The courts have given the "mentally ill" rights,
including the right to refuse treatment from this psychiatric industry with its long history
of abuse and worse.
Coercive components of our society do not agree with the courts decisions and have taken the
law into their own hands. In this case, they have taken away the rights of this vunerable
group again, just as the court decisions were based abuses of individual rights in the name
of 'treatment', once again this coercive industry has now COVERTLY intervened in the lives
and constitutional rights of the less fortunate among us.
Physicians, in violation of their own professional ethics, have been COVERTLY implanting
targeted individuals with experimental micro-receivers designed not only to track individuals,
but are able to deliver bio-active frequencies developed by the former Soviet Union in order
to produce symptoms that will result in the institutionalization of normally well-behaved
'mentally ill'.
Some of the techniques can produce altered aggressive patterns, others can produce a state
of tranquilized 'electrosleep'. Other symptoms include itching of the skin and various skin rashes
and infections, sufficient to label the individual as a danger to himself and be treated
non-consentually. Other techniques include causing individuals to wet or soil themselves
due to uncontrollable urges resulting from such technologies. And this is only a sampling
of what can be done to produce the illusion of the need for treatment.
Such technologies are known as 'biological process control', or in the defense industry as
'neuroelectromagnetic devices'. These technologies interfere with normal physiology. There
exists another technology especially disgusting in its implications, it is referred to as
'silent sound' or 'voice to skull' technology. In this way, individuals can be driven
crazy with voices of the broadcaster or simply brainwashed by the introduction of subliminal
material while he sleeps.
The University of California has allegedly been researching such techniques for decades yet
will not discuss such uses of bio-telemetry.
