OCCUPATION IS NOT LIBERATION!
NO WAR FOR EMPIRE!

Un-elected President George W. Bush is coming to Los Angeles. Orange
County
A.N.S.W.E.R. (Act Now to Stop War and End Racism) is organizing
transportation to the protest against his visit. The ANSWER bus will be
leaving at 3 pm on
Friday, June 27th from the South Coast Plaza Parking lot at the corner of
Bristol and Anton, Costa Mesa and return arrival time will be approx. 8:00
pm.
Round-trip transportation will be $15 donation. Free food and drink on the
bus.
We expect a large turn-out of 10,000-20,000 at Century City. ANSWER has
acquired legal police permits. There will be speakers, a short march and a
rally.

Before leaving, at 2:00 we will hold a brief street protest at Bristol and

Anton, Costa Mesa, against Bush, the occupation of Iraq, his support of
Israel's
war on Palestine and the imperialists military attacks on other countries
of
the third world-If you wish, bring your own signs and speak your mind-Use
large (6 to 8) inch letters.

If you'd like to join us, call Chuck at 714 956-5037 or Diane at 949
574-3048.

Bush has carried out a war to takeover Iraq for oil profits. That war has
killed thousands of innocent Iraqis. US troops now occupy Iraq in colonial
style in spite of mounting anger and resistance from the Iraqi people.
Iran,
Syria, North Korea, and Cuba are being threatened. At home, affirmative
action, civil liberties, and immigrant rights are under assault.
Joblessness
is rising, and Bush is handing over hundreds of billions of dollars to the
already superrich in the form of a tax cut. On June 27th, Bush will breeze
into L.A. and rub elbows with a group of hand-picked politicians and local
millionaires so he can rake in millions of dollars for the Republican
Party.
The thousands of people in Los Angeles who protested the war against Iraq
will be out there in the streets to say NO to the Bush program of war,
occupation, racism, and tax giveaways to the rich! Let's join them in
solidarity!
