No it's not the DWP talking anymore.

So, for all of you who are into it, a new company has developed a technology for Solar panels that enables them to be used in architectural structures as round as a VW bug. What's more, they've just put billions into a factory that will build these panels at a fraction of the cost of current technology.

The factory will have it's first output next year and this is a challenge.

I propose, those of you looking to create a new era, that we form a collective. The goal will be to generate funds and plaster the city with these panels. Instead of paying 70-80 dollars a month for service, residents will be able to pay a flat 20 fee for electicians and technicians to monitor their panels output and repair damages which we will request a warranty for from the main company. Gradually, the employees from DWP will convert to the PTTPF, or Power to the People Foundation. It's like a tax cut, but at the electicity meter.

Like Working Assets Telephone service, we can buy the panels with other products profits or through fundraisers and concerts. The effect will be staggering. Eventually you will be able to supply entire factory chains with power, such as the glass industry or the fabric industry (which use a lot of power). When fees need to be raised or can be raised, (after people in lower income areas have reaped the benefits), the resulting profit can be forewarded to more panels, cleaner water, and automobile fuel efficiency issues.

It's time to stop letting Ken Lay profit from California's power. We can compete in the global market, we have a better chance of winning hearts and minds without nasty CEO's fixing the books. We can have self governance, and accountability, but we have to bring it down to a controllable local level where people are physically accountable for their actions and will do time for defrauding the nation.

All aboard......amatex@covad.net

We need,

someone to help with non-profit status

someone to help coordinate events

someone to do a brochure and outline our goals

someone with industry connections that can contact rock stars to play for free

etc.

etc.

please, don't wait any longer, take action.
