Three Students have been transferred to unknown location, UN Human Rights inspectors still investigate

Reports from colleagues are stating that three prominent student figures have

been transferred from Evin prison to an unknown location. Manoochehr Mohammadi,

leader of the National Union of Iranian Students and Graduates and student

prisoner since July 1999; Heshmatollah Tabarzadi, leader of the Iran Democratic

Front and prisoner since July 2002; and Kianoosh Sanjari, member of the United

Student Front, are the three prominent student figures that have been

transferred from Evin prison to an unknown location.

This comes at a time when UN Human Rights inspectors are investigation the

conditions of the Islamic prison cells. The transfer of these prominent student

fighters can be concluded as a deliberate attempt from the Islamic regime to

void UN Human Rights inspectors' observation of the current condition of these

student fighters.

For the records, the UN Human Rights inspectors still have not visited our

colleagues.
