I didn't think any elected official would ever be able to surpass Bill Clinton's pardon of Marc Rich, where malfeasance in office is concerned.

Governor George Ryan of Illionois has done it with is commutation of DP sentences.
George is a disgrace to his country, his family, his dog, his cat, and himself. Let's hope he joins the Greens and moves to Cuba. What a completely worthless bastard.
