Gary Webb appeared on the Black-Op Radio on December 19, 2002. The producers of the show are in B.C. Canada. You can catch it on the web.
For about a year, Gary Webb, a reporter then with the San Jose Mercury News, investigated drug running by the CIA. He published a series of articles that created quite a stir. It wasn't that this information was new, per se. But the fact that the San Jose Mercury News put it out on the web, in full, brought considerable attention. Webb was shafted, to make a long story short. His story is one of the many examples of outright censorship covered in the book, Into The Buzzsaw, edited by Kristina Borjesson.
They're going to be interviewing a number of the contributors to Into The Buzzsaw. Check their website if you want to get the RealAudio streams. Here's a book review.
